The Labyrinth of my work "Duccio Berti"
Duccio Berti draws labyrinthine paths because they represent the only possibility of making art, the infinite obsession, the mirroring of diversity, the mirage of "logos" or the centre, distinctions cultivated to confuse, are all paradoxial motifs of the artist's "condition humaine". Duccio Berti has "fused" them in his artistic materials and from this "fusion" he has produced a "labyrinthine allegory of art".
In this way, Duccio Berti's Labyrinthine art appears as if possessed by the "knowledge" of the unknow". For this reason it is strong, mysterious and obscure. Its impracticable immediatneess is its exclusive basics.
